About the position:

As a Human Resources Generalist at Sambla Group you will play an important role in the organisation by developing effective people processes and supporting employees as well as managers in HR related topics. Since this is a new role in Sambla Groups current HR team, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the HR function and it's processes, as well as shaping your own roll in the company. 

The responsibilities includes, amongst other tasks:

  • Day-to-day operative HR-support and administration
  • Supporting managers within rehabilitation matters
  • Answering labor law related questions
  • Union negotiations
  • Developing processes regarding visa and work permits 
  • Employer branding projects
  • Annual payroll gender gap analysis
  • Employee surveys
  • Culture projects
  • Systematic work environment
  • Providing HR support to our employees and managers

We are looking for someone who:

Has an open-minded attitude, a curious mindset and ambition. To succeed and thrive in the role you are self-driven, analytical, creative and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. You enjoy being a part of a fast paced environment and being a part of journey together with a growing company, which results in the importance of you having a great ability to structure, be thorough and prioritize your own work. You have a genuine interest in making HR related topics easy to understand and to engage in HR processes across the different parts of the organisation. 

  • Have around 2 years of experience from working with similar, operative tasks
  • University degree within human resource management or other relevant education
  • Previous experience in union negotiations
  • Good knowledge of Swedish Labor Law
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English
